Anyway, I've been looking into it for days, and once MagicPrefs became available middle click issue for OS X was solved. However, both my work and studies require frequent use of Windows CAD applications (hope remains it will feature Mac versions one day), where navigating with middle button is essential.
I've tried to look through discussion boards, but didn't find anything similar to this. Thanks in advance!

Once installed, the MagicPrefs adds a an icon to the Menu Bar which you can modify to reflect the battery level of the mouse. If you’ve connected several different ones to your Mac, you will have to choose which one you want to see the battery level of. I have Revit 2011 installed in Windows using Bootcamp on my Mac, and I would like to know how to Pan and Zoom properly using my Magic Mouse. Theres support for AutoCAD, something called MagicPrefs, but I was wondering if this helps for Revit also??
