As you guys probably know, I love my makeup geek eyeshadows!! I have 'm all. I thought I would dedicate this post to these gorgeous eyeshadows and share my thoughts, swatches and Mac dupes!!

As some of you might know I use my Makeup Geek eyeshadows loads in tutorials. I do own Mac and Urban Decay eyeshadows but I tend to grab these faster. You will learn why if you read on!

Makeup Geek has a very nice range of colours. I really love neutrals so I've put all of my neutrals in one palette (My better version of the naked palette! :P) and my more color colors in another palette. I really adore these palettes and you'l find me grabbing these everytime I use eyeshadows, even if its just to admire and swatch. Here are some pictures of all the Makeup Geek Eyeshadows. The Makeup Geek eyeshadows have the same size as Mac eyeshadows so they will fit perfectly in a Mac palette. I love the label on the back. Just simple, written in a nice font and as you can see the letter size is bigger than the Mac letters.

Without a primer or base!

The eyeshadows go on very easy without feeling chalky and have great color payoff! These are high quality eyeshadows without the high quality price. I just want to mention the black eyeshadow they have- Corrupt- is the blackest of black I've ever seen! You just have to rest your finger on the eyeshadow and you will see how much pigment comes off and how really really dark it is! Best black ever!
Even though they have amazing pigmentation, I recommend using an eyeprimer at all times when using eyeshadows becaus they will make your eyeshadows stay on all day.

Soba has a beautiful golden sheen and Preppy is basically just matte

I might say that Pretentious is a tad lighter but not really noticeable

Again Nautica is a tad bit lighter

Expensive Pink is more on the pink side and Cosmopolitan more on the Peachy/orangy side but its not very noticiable
